«Stretch (yoga) for children 8-9 years old»
On my page there are two parts of our training «Stretch (yoga)» in the public domain.
Many, having watched it, probably decided that it was difficult and almost impossible!
But children and I began to go to such results when they were 7 years old and went a long way, starting with the most primitive movements.
WHY is the lesson for 8-9 year old’s?
✔because that by the age of 10, the trainer should maximize mobility in all joints!
✔because that after 10 years they begin to ossify cartilage and every year it is increasingly difficult for children to develop flexibility!
I always say to my children: «Everything must be done on TIME!
It is necessary to stretch to the maximum possible level up to 10 years, and then SIMPLY maintain the achieved by great work at the proper level! »

Why don’t I recommend a 5-6 year old?
Because they don’t have CONTROL of their bodies yet. And they will do as if! And, having learned something wrong, retraining is very, very difficult!
Therefore, babies should just do a lot of different folds.
